Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Due to the nature of large equipment (stables, jump poles, and frames), returns must be arranged in advance.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order stables and equipment.
- Items that have been assembled or installed.
- Sale or clearance items.
How to Request a Return Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a return authorisation and advise on freight logistics.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that return freight costs for large/bulky items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Destinations Southwest Jump currently ships within Australia only.
Processing Times Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Freight for Large & Bulky Items Stables, jump frames, and poles are large/heavy items and are shipped via freight carriers. Delivery will be made to your kerbside or nearest accessible point — please ensure someone is available to receive and assist with unloading. Specific delivery arrangements can be discussed at the time of order.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. For large freight items, a shipping quote may be provided separately.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays Southwest Jump is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
